The perfect candidate will have the following :
Physically able to lift construction materials (50LBS)
Have basic skillsets with tools (saws, drills, painting, staining)
Some knowledge of residential construction industry
Amazing communication skills thru text and phone
Self motivated
Able to take direction
Adaptable
Availability to work 35-45 hours a week
· No work on weekends or out of state
Good driving record with reliable transportation
· Compensation:
starting at $18-$26 per hour for laborer carpenters
Vacation Time - 1 week after 90 days, 2 weeks after one year and 3
· weeks after three years.
Paid holidays - New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day,
· Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
Sick days - 5 days a year

Salary: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
