HELP WANTED – CONSTRUCTION LABORER / SKILLED HELPER
(1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR)
Location: Denver & Westminster, CO
We are seeking a reliable, motivated independent contractor to assist on active construction projects in the Denver / Westminster area. This opportunity is for individuals who work consistently, stay productive, and take pride in their work.

Pay & Contract Terms (1099)
Starting at $20/hour, higher rate per hour based on experience and productivity
Paid hourly (not day rate)
This is independent contractor (1099) work
No benefits provided
Contractor is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and recordkeeping
Opportunity for ongoing work based on performance and availability

Trial Period (Paid)
All applicants begin with a 1-day paid trial
Trial is used to evaluate work ethic, productivity, reliability, and fit
Continuation beyond the trial day is at the discretion of both parties
Trial day is paid at the agreed hourly rate

Schedule & Availability
Work generally occurs on weekdays during daytime hours
Start and end times vary by project
Contractor agrees only to mutually scheduled workdays
No guaranteed minimum hours
Schedule may change due to job needs or weather

Timekeeping & Pay Policy
Time worked is tracked by on-site check-in and check-out
Time is recorded manually for accuracy
Paid time begins upon arrival at the job site and ends upon departure
Drive time is not paid
Lunch breaks are unpaid
Any additional hours must be approved in advance

Scope of Work (Varies by Project)
General construction labor
Site cleanup and organization
Material handling and job prep
Assisting skilled trades
Light carpentry and demolition
Electrical experience is a plus (not required)

Strong work ethic — no standing around or excessive phone use
Professional, clean-cut appearance
Reliable transportation to job sites
Working cell phone
Clean background
Non-smoker while on the job
Physically capable of construction labor
Punctual, dependable, and respectful
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must have a valid government-issued ID
Must be able to communicate clearly in English on the job site for safety and instructions
