Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of solar panels on commercial properties
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Perform basic assembly and installation tasks
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Hudson, CO
