Location: Lakewood, Colorado
Job Type: Full Basement Build Out (6 to 8 weeks) Starting at the end of August
Compensation: $25-$30

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Remodel & Repair Technician to join our team for a basement build out. Possibly more projects in the future. Ideal candidate will have experience across a variety of trades including carpentry, remodeling, painting, drywall, and tile work. Whether you're a seasoned professional or have a few years of experience and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform general remodeling tasks including demolition, framing, and finish carpentry
Install drywall, including mudding, sanding, and texturing
Paint interiors with attention to detail
Lay tile
Assist in home remodels
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Follow company protocols and safety standards
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in at least two of the following: carpentry, remodeling, painting, drywall, or tile
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
