What we are looking for:
â¢Experience with both exterior/interior painting and finishing using multiple products such as: acrylic/latex, and oil-based.
â¢Experience with the many facets of surface preparation, including, but not limited to: pressure washing, caulking, scraping, sanding, priming, puttying, stucco patching, and wood board replacement. â¢Excellent customer service and communication skills.
â¢Fully insured with at least $1,000,000 in liability insurance and with Full Workers' Compensation on employees.
â¢Fully licensed and bonded for commercial work.
â¢Candidates that can work independently and within a team environment.
â¢Understanding of how painting affects the overall integrity and efficiency of a home/building.
â¢Ability to follow detailed production schedules and plans.
Requirements:
â¢You must be able to pass a criminal background check and reference check.
â¢You must have reliable transportation, valid auto insurance and a valid driver license.
â¢You must own painting equipment, including but not limited to: Pressure Washer, prep. equipment, ladders, harnesses, sprayer (s), rollers, and brushes.
⢠You MUST possess or be able to obtain General Liability Insurance (at least $1,000,000) and have Workers Comp Coverage on any employees.
⢠You must possess the ability to communicate clearly.
