Immediate need for cleaning position for a property management company. Rover for up to three locations. Job position can either be 25 or 40 hours a week depending on what applicant is looking for. One to three locations depending on desired hours. Routing cleaning consists of picking up the grounds and vacuuming or sweeping common area hallways. As needed additional cleaning in vacant units. Depending on desired number of hours the locations are in Edgewater, I-25 and Colorado Blvd and Cheesman park. Reliable transportation a must, cleaning supplies to be provided by employer. Previous cleaning experience required. Compensation will be $18 to $20 an hour. Possible extra pay for vacant unit cleans.
