Homeland Development is hiring for a Full-Time cleaner in the Denver/Lakewood area. You must be available for going to multiple jobs. Job requires a car to get to multiple buildings. The shift is 8 hours, Monday-Friday starting at 8am, to 4:30pm. The starting pay is $20.00 per hour.
Common Janitorial Services:
1. General cleaning
-Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
-Dusting and wiping down surfaces.
-Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and replenishing supplies like soap and paper towels).
-Trash removal and recycling.
2. Specialized Cleaning:
-Window washing (interior and sometimes exterior).
-Carpet and upholstery cleaning (shampooing, stain removal).
-Floor care (buffing, waxing, or polishing hard floors).
-Pressure washing exterior areas like sidewalks, entryways, and parking lots.
3. Deep Cleaning:
-Periodic deep cleaning of kitchens or break rooms.
-High dusting (ceiling fans, light fixtures).
-Baseboard cleaning and detailed sanitization.
4.Disinfection Services:
-Regular disinfection of high-touch areas (e.g., doorknobs, light switches, handrails, elevator buttons).
-Special cleaning during flu seasons or during outbreaks of illness (like COVID-19).
5.Maintenance Services:
-Light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs.
-Outdoor maintenance (Picking trash up around the building)
1099 Subcontractors interested in working out a contract to fulfill the work requirements are welcome. Must have an LLC or other form of established business and must be willing to get paid monthly.
