OFFICE MANAGER for my 4-5 businesses ( rental properties in Colorado, & Nebraska, recreation business & ranch business. Booking and accommodating guests at Niobrara River Ranch(check out websitenrranch.com) 402/376-2442
-CARPENTER- with tools and experience, full time work, long term (house remodel, cabin construction, maintenance ,develop and remodel a large farm house into a bed and breakfast,)
-CDL licensed truck/bus driver,
-MECHANIC with tools and experience— my work 10-20 hours/week, then I will provide a shop for outside work, there is a great demand for an excellent mechanic!
-SUMMER HELP- on the Niobrara River-canoeing, tubing, kayaking, 10 large yards to maintain (need a person with under ground sprinkler expertise, appliance repair) and cabin cleaning. (start $17.50/hr)
