Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled workers for hood exhaust system cleaning for commercial kitchens. We are a fire protection company and need individuals that are able to clean hood systems according to NFPA requirements and codes. We are on the front line of preventing devastating kitchen fires, so we need individuals that take their job very seriously.
Duties:
- Meeting up with and coordinating with fellow technicians in order to go to job sites
- Coordinate with and communicating with office staff to get schedules and instructions for jobs
- Communicate with customers to ensure they are aware of important information and for quality control
-Coordinate with fellow technicians in order to do a thorough and correct job that exceeds customer expectation
- Learn how to properly use cleaning chemicals, pressure washers, and how to protect customer equipment from cleaning waste
- Make sure customers are satisfied with each job and have excellent customer service
- Follow NFPA guidelines to ensure services are being performed according to code
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Administrative role
- Computer and word processing literacy
- Proficient in using phone systems and scheduling software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
