Qualifications + Requirements
- Bilingual (English + Spanish) with effective communication skills with management + staff
- Colorado driver's license - valid and insurable with clean MVR
- Legal authorization to work in the US
- Experience with pavers, retaining walls, irrigation systems, laying sod, planting trees and smaller plants, fencing, pergolas, and decks a plus
- Ability to meet project deadlines while attaining quality workmanship with no injuries or damages
- Ability to train crew and look ahead to next phase of project or next project
- Be a company + team player, focusing on the success of all with a positive attitude
- Resourceful and able to troubleshoot problems
- Plow truck driver experience
- Run a winter shovel crew for commercial snow services
- References from previous employers
- Must be able to pass a background check
Pay based on proven experience.
Range $26-$35 / hour
