We are hiring a Grounds Technician,

Responsibilities:
Mowing, trimming, weed pulling, and general landscape upkeep
Plant care, seasonal planting, and maintaining flower beds
Day porting: changing trash liners, picking up debris, and keeping outdoor areas tidy
Power washing trash receptacles, sidewalks, and parking areas
Blowing and clearing parking lot areas
Snow removal during the winter season (shoveling, snow blowing, de-icing) - Mandatory
General site cleanup and property care across multiple client locations
Follow schedules and assignments to maintain high-quality service standards
Requirements:
Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or facility maintenance
Ability to operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power washers
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including snow and heat
Flexibility to work at different property locations (varies daily)

Schedule : Monday To Friday Start Time: 6 Or 7 Am depending on assigned locations maybe earlier in the winter months.

Requirements:
Valid Drivers License
Clean Driving History
Minimum 3-5 Years Experience
Subject to background check depending on the properties being worked on
