Subcontractors must be fully insured, have their own equipment and transportation, and demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining high standards in commercial cleaning. Requirements -
1. Have a minimum of 2 years in the janitorial industry
2. Maintain general liability insurance and workers compensation if you have employees.
3. Have your own cleaning supplies, equipment for standard janitorial and preferably a back pack vacuum
4. Be licensed in your city, state, and meet any other licensing requirements
5. Be willing to sign a non-compete for facilities we provide
6. Able to perform service in the evening and night any day of the week
