Elevation Motors is looking for another team member in our lot technician position. Must have a positive attitude, be reliable, able to follow direction and work well with others with a team attitude. Strong work ethic and a desire to learn are a must. We are an independent specialized dealership that strives for a high standard of professionalism and building long term relationships with our clients.
Must have Valid driver's license with a decent driving record, be at least 21 (insurance purposes) and know how to drive a manual.
A "car guy" (or girl) would be perfect and love this job as we run a nice, high end shop. Because the position includes moving vehicles who's owners may have allergies, applicant must be a non tobacco user. Knowledge and a love a cars is a huge plus.
Job to include
- Small maintenance items such as; Battery replacement, Trim replacement, Bulb replacement, washing vehicles etc. up to the level of expertise/comfort the employee has.
- Cleaning and maintaining lot and shop
- Picking up and dropping off vehicles and parts
- Moving cars around shop
- Opening and closing duties
- Odd jobs around the lot such as painting
- Assisting the lot manager with his duties
- previous use of a tire machine is a big bonus as the position will be trained on one here.
- additional duties depending on skill level
This is an entry level position, but we love to teach and grow our employees so we can promote from within. We give regular raises as people show dedication and improvement.
We are open M-Sat 10-6. Hours and days are somewhat flexible.
This is for a W2 employee, not under the table or 1099. As benefits, Paid Time Off is given as well as Health Insurance benefits if desired. We take Holidays off and give a holiday bonus as well. Our employees also get the benefit of being able to use the complete shop facilities when they want to and be able to purchase parts and service for their vehicles through our dealership at cost. We have a professional atmosphere yet are fairly laid back at the same time.
