Church Ranch Event Center is hiring a dependable Maintenance and Grounds Specialist to help keep our venue and property looking sharp year-round. This is a hands-on role doing everything from mowing and landscaping to small repairs, gardening, and helping with odd jobs.
Full-time position – Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
Pay: $18–$20/hour depending on experience.
What You’ll Do:
Mow lawns, trim edges, and keep grounds clean and presentable
Maintain flower beds and plant seasonal displays
Fix and maintain sprinkler/irrigation systems
Perform basic building maintenance: painting, light plumbing, carpentry, etc.
Handle general repairs and routine upkeep
Assist with event setup/breakdown and miscellaneous support tasks
Keep tools and workspaces clean and organized
What We’re Looking For:
Prior maintenance, landscaping, or gardening experience preferred
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Able to lift 50 lbs. and work outside in all weather
Self-motivated and able to work alone or with a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
