We're in need of an additional maintenance guy to help us turn units quicker. You should be able to work by yourself and let your work speak for itself. Or work in a team setting if that is what the day calls for. You must be able to complete a unit in an efficient amount of time. Almost all units need full repaints and basic maintenance work(fixing appliances/light switches/light fixtures/drywall repair), some need heavier work (partial/full flooring).
Requirements:
- You need your own tools
- Light plumbing/electrical
- Proficient in painting/drywall
- Your own car/truck and valid ID
- Bank account for direct deposit
- No felonies
