We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the team for small residential property management company serving properties in Denver Metro area. This position is Full-Time 8:00-4:30, Hourly with Vacation and sick pay.
Pay Range: $20 / Hour based on experience - if you bring reliability and willingness to learn training will be provided.
Enjoy varied responsibilities and learning from existing experienced hands on owner and team member. Tasks will include maintenance services, such as plumbing, electrical, appliances, heating and air-conditioning, and general construction. Using simple tools, such as paint brushes, rollers, spray equipment, ladders, solvents, cleaners, tape, and coverings, as well as power tools, such as snakes, jack hammers, electrical test devices, grinders, drills, saws.
MUST have a passion for helping others, be dependable, have some flexibility and willingness to help with snow removal and grounds maintenance!
