We are currently seeking a multi-site Maintenance Technician to join our team at both Traditions Denver, a 97-unit apartment community in Highlands Ranch, CO, and 1601 Colorado, a 112-unit apartment community in Denver, CO.
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician would be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for apartment turns
General repair, appearance and maintenance of the property
Appliance repair as necessary
Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium Qualifications:
2years of previous maintenance experience preferred
Ability to work on-call
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Basic electrical, plumbing and/or painting experience necessary
HVAC ad EPA experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and insurance required
