Compensation
$26.00 - $28.00/hr

- General Aptitude for Home Maintenance and Problem-Solving skills
- Have tools for basic repairs
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds over head
- Able to be on your feet for 8-hour days
- CPO, CAMT, EPA Type 2 a plus
Key Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Carpentry
- HVAC Adjustments
- Troubleshooting/Problem-Solving Issues Quickly & Efficiently
- Drywall Repair
- Simple Electric
- Appliance Repair
- Basic Plumbing
- Painting
- Inspections
