The Rocky Mountain Village Estates in Evergreen is seeking a part time (30hrs/wk) Monday - Friday maintenance/custodial employee. You would be required to maintain a condominium building both inside and out. You must be able to sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean windows inside the building. You must be able to cut grass, use a weed eater, rake, pull weeds, and remove snow in the winter months outside as well. No experience is required, we will train you. Compensation starts at $20/hr.
Would prefer if you live near the evergreen area. You must come work when it snows.
