Mover / Packer
This is an exciting role for someone who is positive, energetic, and dedicated to leading by example.
Position Overview:
As a Mover / Packer, you will play a key role in restoring fabric items, furniture, household goods, and electronics affected by smoke, fire, or water damage. Previous experience in restoration or moving is a plus, but we’re eager to train the right candidate!
Key Responsibilities:
This is a Full-Time, Non-Exempt position. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Driving cargo vans and/or box trucks (up to 26 ft)
Coordinating field operations and communicating with customers for pick-up and delivery
Packing, handling, and inventorying personal property damaged by fire, water, or mold
Removing affected contents from homes and businesses
Using on-site cleaning equipment and power tools
Maintaining high standards of customer service
Reporting any issues or damage to management
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
A team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable with technology
Must consent to a criminal background check
Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs daily
Physical ability to bend, twist, kneel, and reach above shoulder level

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
The physical demands of this position include frequent standing, walking, sitting, and lifting (up to 100 lbs occasionally). You will also need to use your hands to handle objects, tools, or controls. While the work environment is typically low to moderate in noise, it requires physical stamina and the ability to meet the demands of a hands-on role.
