Neat House Cleaning is looking for independent cleaners for part-time to full-time residential house cleaning work. Pay is $25/hour during training, and then 50% of each job after training is complete. Please send your resume when inquiring.

Job Description:
We clean residential homes for clients on a regular monthly, biweekly, or weekly schedule. That means you can expect to know when and where you will work each month in advance. We currently clean homes in Arvada, Aurora, Golden, Denver, Englewood, Lakewood, Littleton, and Wheat Ridge. We work during the hours of Monday-Friday, 9-5pm.
Pay: $25/hour during training. 50% of each job completed + all tips after training.
Hours: Part Time, potential for Full-Time within first year. Services Hours are Monday-Friday, 9a-5p. Flexible Hours possible.
Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning tasks with precision and efficiency
Maintain company cleaning standards
Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor with clients
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
Cleaning experience is preferred, but not required. Paid training is included!
Strong work ethic and timeliness
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and thoroughness
Must be able to provide a General Liability certificate of insurance for Business within 6 months of hire (we can help you with this!)
Have reliable transportation to and from job site with your cleaning supplies
Willingness to take a background check
A valid Driver’s License is required
Availability to work Monday-Friday between 9-5:00pm
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds and endure strong physical demands consistently throughout the day is required.
Familiarity with Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Google Docs for scheduling and communication
Must love pets, many of our clients have them!
We are currently hiring for part-time, 9am-4pm M-F positions. You must be available during those times and have a reliable vehicle to use daily for work! We provide all the training, products, and equipment needed to do your job safely and effectively - you provide your own transportation and an eagerness to make our client’s homes sparkle!
