About Us:
At J&K Roofing, we’re a fast-growing roofing, and exterior remodeling company specializing in residential roofing, siding, windows, and exterior upgrades. As we expand our service areas for 2026, we’re looking to partner with skilled and reliable sub-contractor crews who take pride in high-quality work, professional communication, and consistent craftsmanship.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking established sub-contractor crews with expertise in one or more of the following:
Vinyl, fiberglass, and wooden window and door installations.
A crew of 2-5 people to complete small to medium sized projects.
Residential window installation (replacement or new construction)
Trim, coil, flashing, weatherproofing, sealing, and finishing.
Ability to work to manufacturer installation specs (e.g., Pella, Simonton, Anderson)
Requirements:
Fully insured (General Liability + Workers Comp or proof of exemption)
Background check
Strong communication, professionalism, and customer-facing etiquette
Valid business license and applicable trade certifications
Reliable transportation and tools
Crew must have a history of quality workmanship and meeting deadlines
Ability to read plans and follow jobsite scope and safety standards

Willingness to comply with 2026 energy-efficiency and building code updates (we provide guidance and specs when needed)
