Carnation Building Service, Inc is looking for a self-motivated, fast Landscaper who enjoys being around children in Green Valley Ranch. As one of the first faces seen by the customer, you will set the tone for our office. Therefore, we are looking for people who are dependable, hardworking, team-orientated. As a landscaper, youâre responsible for helping maintain the outside grounds of the school by keeping it presentable and inviting always.
Days and hours flexible 20 hours per week.

Landscaper duties include by not limited to:
⢠Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties.
⢠Mow lawn
⢠Cut lawn using hand, power or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls.
⢠planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes.
⢠Removal of existing shrubs and bushes
⢠Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger.
⢠Trim shrubs and pull weeds.
⢠Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed.
⢠Water plants and grass as needed and apply fertilizer.
