We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Manager to oversee and ensure quality control across our client sites. This part-time role is ideal for someone who can lead custodial teams, inspect service quality, and resolve any issues promptly, even offer a hand for cleaning if emergency calls.
Responsibilities:
Conduct morning site visits to inspect cleaning quality and ensure standards are met.
Provide guidance and support to custodial staff, addressing any performance issues.
Implement and oversee quality control processes, documenting site conditions and compliance.
Train staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and service standards.
Communicate with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Assist with scheduling and ensure proper coverage at all sites.
Track supplies and equipment needs, reporting to management as needed.

Qualifications:
Experience in custodial services or quality control, with leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and clients.
Ability to travel between job sites during morning hours.
Familiarity with quality control practices and cleaning standards.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Computer & Tech Savvy.
Ability to multitask.
