Personal Assistant / Household Helper (Part-Time)
Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Castle Pines/Sedalia/Highlands Ranch Area
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant/Household Helper to support our busy household. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, managing daily household tasks, and creating a smooth-running home environment.
Responsibilities include:
General house cleaning and tidying
Laundry (washing, folding, organizing)
Household organization projects
Running errands (e.g., grocery shopping, drop-offs/pick-ups)
Preparing/cooking a family meal once a week
Qualifications (Required):
Must be able to speak and understand English clearly
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage tasks independently and take initiative
Trustworthy, dependable, and punctual
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Must be willing to undergo a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a personal assistant, household manager, or housekeeper
Comfortable with meal planning and family-style cooking
Experience running errands and managing household shopping lists
Strong time-management skills; able to prioritize tasks without constant supervision
Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor
Comfortable with light lifting (laundry baskets, groceries, etc.)
Tech-friendly (comfortable using text/email and online grocery ordering if needed)
Compensation: Starting at $23/hour (based on experience)
