A family of two is currently seeking an individual to provide personal and potential live-in daily support. This role will require a pro-active approach for job execution by utilizing extensive experience as a Personal Caregiver-Household Assistant. The perfect fit will provide support across multiple functional areas.
It is this Personal Caregiver-Household Assistant mission to be highly responsible, organized, and detail-oriented. Portraying a friendly, yet professional nature with a "Can-do" attitude. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach in anticipating needs. This will be utilized to assist the family with a variety of daily activities and tasks with an emphasis on coordinating and identifying solutions.
Responsibilities:
Assist with family members with mobility issues, this may include but not limited to daily activities such as dressing, bathing, eating and toileting.
Assist in the safe transferring, movement, repositioning, and lifting of clients.
Maintain a clean household environment.
Coordinate daily meal preparation and cook meals as necessary.
Provide daily travel and transportation arrangements as necessary.
Assist with personal errands, shopping, and other recreational activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience as a CNA or personal caregiver.
Highly developed organizational skills
Self-guided initiative
Maturity to handle a range of situations
A meticulous and thorough nature
Flexibility to work in a changing environment.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality
