The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our property. The role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential units and ensuring that operations run smoothly. Expectations are to provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally along with make ready painting, repairing drywall, cabinetry, snow removal, and groundskeeping.
