PT evening custodial position at a new building in Cherry Creek/central Denver.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday after 5:30PM, and takes approximately 3.5-4 hours nightly (for 1 person). This is a class A building and will require 1st rate cleaning and attention to detail.
This position requires bending/stooping, routine lifting of 30-50 lbs, vacuuming, mopping, disinfection and cleaning of bathrooms and other common areas, as well as other duties as assigned.
PAY: $1800 per month
Verifiable work history with ability to pass a background check required. At least 1 year commercial cleaning/janitorial experience preferred.
