We are seeking skilled and dedicated technicians to join our team. This role involves responding to water and mold damage incidents, performing remediation work, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients. While experience as a Water Restoration Lead is highly valued, we are committed to training motivated candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform water damage and mold remediation services, including structural drying, mold containment, and removal of contaminated materials.
Follow established procedures and protocols for water, mold, and fire damage restoration.
Accurately interpret and execute written instructions and work orders.
Conduct medium to heavy labor tasks, including lifting, demolition, and removal of structural materials such as flooring, drywall, and cabinetry.
Operate safely while wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
Exhibit professionalism and respect when interacting with clients and handling their property.
Be available for after-hours and weekend work, with additional compensation provided for on-call shifts.
Qualifications:
Preferred but not required: IICRC Certification or equivalent in water, mold, and fire damage restoration.
Required: Valid Driver’s License.
Physical ability to perform the demands of the job, including lifting and wearing PPE for extended periods.
Willingness to be on call for emergency situations, with bonus compensation offered for after-hours work.
