Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Seasonal Maintenance Technician to join our team to ensure the preservation, protection, and enhancement of all Genesee Foundation assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining commonly owned facilities including two clubhouses, two tennis courts, two pools, and 15 miles of private drives. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and on-the-job learning as well as excellent customer service skills. This can be a physically demanding job and is primarily working outdoors in one of the most scenic mountain communities in Colorado.

Compensation
$18.50 - $21.00 per hour. This is a seasonal full-time, non-benefitted position.
Start/End Date
Preferred start date is late April to early May. Expected end date is early September. Options to extend the end date is possible but heavily dependent on project needs and weather.
Work weeks are 40 hours, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm. Must be available to work Friday July 4th.
