Compensation: Competitive hourly pay $27.00 to $29.00 Per hour depending on site.

Position Overview
We are hiring reliable, safety-focused Snow Shovelers to assist during snow events on an on-call basis. This role involves manual snow removal and ice control at various commercial locations. Ideal for individuals who are dependable, can respond quickly during storms, and don’t mind working outdoors.
Responsibilities
Shovel and clear walkways, stairs, and entryways
Apply ice melt/de-icer as needed
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Arrive promptly when called for a snow event
Work independently or as part of a small team
Requirements:
Must be dependable and reachable on short notice
Ability to work in cold and snowy conditions
Ability to lift and carry up to 40–50 lbs
Reliable transportation to job sites
Previous experience is helpful but not required
Availability during early mornings/late nights
Experience with snow removal or grounds maintenance
