Job Title: Security and Cleaner
Job Type: Full-Time, Live-On-Site
Compensation: $20 per hour + Bonuses for Cleaning Units
We're need someone who's not just about keeping the peace but also takes genuine pride in making our apartment complex look good. You'll be more than just security; you'll be the one who ensures our buildings are safe and spotless.
What You'll Do:
Patrol our property to keep out trouble while handling any issues with homeless individuals or disruptive tenants with a calm, firm approach.
Dedicate yourself to the cleanliness of our buildings, from daily upkeep of common areas to preparing vacant units for new residents.
Requirements:
You need to live on-site to be on call when things happen.
Experience in security is great, but your passion for cleanliness is what we're really after.
Able to make quick, smart decisions on your own.
Physically fit enough to handle security and cleaning duties.
