PT Day Porter position in Lafayette near S. Boulder Rd & Coal Creek Dr.
This location takes 2 hours to clean. Schedule is Monday-Friday, and cleaning can be done anytime between 10AM - 2PM.
Job involves standard commercial cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, cleaning and restocking of bathrooms and kitchen, and other duties as requested by the client)
Qualified subcontractors will have the following in place:
1) Current business registration with CO Secretary of State
2) Proof of current business liability insurance
3) Proof of workers compensation insurance (if anyone other than business owner would be cleaning)
4) 2 client references OR company website OR copy of business card for your business
This location pays $1000.00 monthly
