(Must have experience and good MVR for plow truck operator)
(ATV operators must have four-wheel-drive vehicle to tow ATV)

Requirements for crew leader must have 4 Wheel Drive transportation and have their own crew of 2 Or more additional shovelers
Compensation $25/hour crew leader +$22 hour per shoveler ( starting pay wages go up after 3rd storm)
Shoveling $20-22 hr depending on transportation experience reliability and payment needs (possible pay raise after third storm)
Plow truck operators $25-30 An hour START
Pay raise possible after the third storm and performance review
ATV operators$25-28 an hour
