ABOUT DCPS:
DCPS is a rapidly growing provider of commercial property services. We are currently seeking Snow Removal Subcontractors for the snow season 2024-2025.
We have sites with LOW/STANDARD TRIGGERS! You won’t wait around to work (Zero Tolerance to 2”, NO 3 or 4” Pavement Triggers)
We pay within 14 workdays after receiving your verified and approved invoice!
This is SEASON / ON-CALL WORK.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Work history, referrals, snow removal history for past 2 years
Reliable and able to work the duration of any given storm
On call with viable work schedules
General Liability Insurance Certificate - $1,000,000 each occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate
Auto Liability Insurance Certificate - $1,000,000 combined single limit
Workers’ Compensation Insurance Certificate with limits as provided by Colorado statue
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment can be fast paced due to changing weather conditions. Follow all safety practices associated with operation of equipment. If you meet the qualifications above.
