We are an established janitorial business in Colorado seeking to partner with other cleaning businesses who want more contracts. Various types of commercial buildings and contracts available. Qualifications:
Must be able to service jobs from 10pm to 6am 7 days per week. Contracts are not daytime hours.
Minimum 2 years experience as a business for commercial cleaning
Must have all of your own vehicle, professional grade equipment, and supplies to complete each job
Must have general liability insurance and workmans comp (we require COI sent directly from an insurance agent, no exceptions)
Must have professional references we may contact
