Are you retired but not tired
Looking for a new logistics manager. We need someone that has trailer pulling and backing experience. Must have a clean Colorado driving record/liscense.
I have recently added some new responsibilities to make this a full time position. It would still only demand about 30-35 hours a week, but we need this person to be available about 40 hours a week.
We are a painting company, and the biggest part of the job is moving trailers around town. You would be responsible for:
-moving trailers (up to 24' in length). Backing into tight spaces often.
-Organizing supplies
-delivering paint and supplies to our team
-organizing the shop
-helping to maintain vehicles (reporting problems, cleaning trucks, etc)
-Paint touch-ups.
Trailer delivery: You will move our 8 and 20-foot trailers from home to home, from our shop and to our shop. You will communicate with our painters to restock the trailers. We have systems for all of this to make communication fairly easy.
Paint touchup: Nothing very technical to be honest. We offer our homeowners free yearly touchups under certain conditions. This is more of a customer service piece, and you need to be able to be patient with customers, and just build report. We can train just about anyone to do this part. We have a calendar and you would only be in one part of town per day doing these. Painting experience is a plus, but not required. If you are fairly handy and good with people, this will be easy. If you are not good with people, and have a hard time dealing directly with homeowners, this would not be a good fit for you.
Vehicles:
We have two 2500 size GMs that pull out 8’ to 25’ trailers. We also have a GMC van to move smaller things.
Pay on this will be dependant on your qualifications, but should range between $1000-1500per week.
We service Ft. Collins to Castle Rock to Evergreen with the bulk of our work here in the Denver Metro.
