We are looking for a groundsman to join our tree care team. We're a small business with a solid team that we are continuing to grow. The right person will have the opportunity to grow with this business from the ground up. As the owner of the business, I want to create long-term career paths for the right people.
Groundwork is a critical part of the work we do. Responsibilities include:
-Facilitating an efficient jobsite: as groundsman, you manage the flow and cleanup of materials that are coming out of the tree.
-Maintaining an organized jobsite: a crucial part of this job is keeping tools and equipment organized. Tree care jobsites can be chaotic. You are the line of defense against that chaos.
-Creating a safe jobsite: you will help keep climbing ropes clear of brush/debris, work with climbers to rig/remove large materials from trees, and ensure that homeowners/pedestrians are not putting themselves or our team in danger by coming into the jobsite.
