POSITION SUMMARY
The Ecommerce fulfillment member helps us deliver exceptional service for all orders placed online. You are responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of all processes related to shipping and receiving, productions work orders, inventory transfers and special projects at warehouse. You will posses the ability to work well on a team as well as be self-motivated and accomplish tasks quickly and effectively in an independent manner.
CORE JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
ï·Fulfilling orders with state monitored inventory tracking systems.
ï·Communicating effectively with the team to ensure all orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner.
ï·Organize in house inventory and prepare all orders by lifting heavy material.
ï·Picking and packing of productswith protective materialand in a timely manner.
ï·Help maintain an organized, safe, and clean warehouse environment.
ï·Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs.
ï·Labeling and distributing packages.
ï·Perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
ï·Work collaboratively with all warehouse team members.
ï·Proper handling of product to eliminate damage and shrink.
ï·Other tasks as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
ï·1-3 years' experience in an e-commerce role
ï·Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
ï·Ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritize effectively
ï·Experience processing orders in an ecommerce fulfillment role
ï·Strong work ethic and ability to mutli-taskï·Strong Attention to detail
ï·Good interpersonal skills
ï·Strong hand-eye coordination
ï·Punctual, reliable and dependable individual
ï·Able to lift 20+ Ilbs
ï·Ability to sustain and develop team working and team-based problem solving
ï·Hands on commitment to getting the job done
