Looking for an experienced and/or certified water restoration lead technician. We are a growing water and fire restoration firm located in Arvada that is full service from water mitigation to repairs. We are willing to offer complete training and eventually certification courses for the right candidate. The starting pay is based on prior experience and/or training and certifications. Description of duties to be performed:
Perform tasks involving physical labor at projects and demolition sites
Water, Sewage, Fire, Mold Remediation
Flexible to assist the team when needed on any and all service lines
Setting up equipment for drying structures
Load and unload building materials, machinery, and tools
Clean and prepare job sites
Requirements:
On call rotation - available for emergency work after hours and on weekends. We are a company with a 24-7 operation.
Bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching
Lifting of at least 50 pounds
Travel as necessary
Valid driver's license
No Felony in the past 7 years or violent misdemeanors
Customer Service oriented
Restoration experience preferred but willing to train
