Maintenance Technicians $23.00 - $25.00HR based on your experience.
EMPLOYMENT: Full-Time SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday (40 hours) On Call After Hours Emergency - On Call on a Rotational
Basis.
Lead Maintenance Technician: As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you oversee ongoing facility maintenance and repairs to keep the company’s rental communities managed by Brothers Property Management operating and appearing at their best. This position will report directly to the Director of Maintenance.
Maintenance Technician: The purpose of this position is to perform various maintenance and cleaning tasks essential to the upkeep of the rental communities managed by Brothers Property Management. This position will report to the Director of Maintenance.
