I am the lead installer and am in need of a blind installer immediately. I am currently working on 11 commercial locations. We will be installing roller shades into metal. Duties included will be to take down existing blinds/shades, carry heavy boxes of shades, install new shades and other various duties. You must be able to work on a ladder and work around obstacles in the way. This will be a physical install.
THIS IS A SHORT TERM JOB. We will be installing the following days: January 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, & 27. (Ideally I'm looking for someone to work ALL these days with me. But if you can't work all the days, it is still possible I can use you. But the most important days I need you to work are Saturday, Sunday & Monday.)
THE HOURS THAT WE WILL BE WORKING ARE MOSTLY AT NIGHT, EXCEPT SATURDAY & SUNDAY. These jobs must be installed after hours, when the businesses are closed. On weekdays, we will start at 5:30 pm. On Saturday, we will begin at 12:30 pm. On Sunday, we will start somewhere between 10:00 am - 11:30 am. (If you currently are working another job during the day, you will not be able to do both. You will be too tired after the strenuous work this job is.)
THE LOCATIONS WILL VARY. The first two days will be in the Colorado Springs area. The next two days will be in the Ft. Collins area. And the last two days will be in the Denver area. You do not need to drive to these locations or pick up blinds or bring tools. All of that will be handled for you. I am from Las Vegas and will be staying in a hotel in Broomfield, near the Hunter Douglas facility, where these shades are from. I need you to either drive to my location in Broomfield, so I can drive you to the final destination or live close to Broomfield and I can pick you up.
I apologize for this being a last minute situation. The installer that helped me on some jobs last week got the flu yesterday and can't make it this week. There will be another installer helping us on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. (Ideally, I'd like another installer, in addition to you, for Saturday & Sunday. So, if you know someone else that would like to help, I might need them too.)
We will be working between 8-12 hours per night. Most nights we will be installing two locations per night. It averages out to 35-40 shades per night, with three installers working together.
I do not care about your background, ethnicity or a resume. What I care about is that you are reliable, able to use a cordless drill to take down and install roller shades and can communicate in English well enough to know what I need you to do.
The job pays $25 an hour. You will be paid in cash daily.
Please contact me immediately so I can get someone in place. I am currently in meetings, so text me at 702-600-2348. Tell me briefly about your experience and availability for the six days needed.
Talk to you soon!
