Aurora law firm seeks to broaden its existing practice and is seeking to add additional attorneys. The attorney will be represented to be part of our legal team as an of-counsel member of the firm on the firm's website.
The firm will provide office space for meeting clients, leads, and a billing infrastructure. The of-counsel attorney would receive compensation of $100/hour for billable legal work, and the attorney MUST be extremely reliable and easy to work with. Additionally, same-day client responses are required on most communication, except for late day communications.
Similar of-counsel relationships with attorneys in other practice areas pay nearly $100k per year for part time work; however, sustaining an ongoing relationship is predicated on strong reliability and communication.
If an attorney is building an independent practice while working with us, we would be seeking reasonable advance notice if he/ she decides to devote full time to their own practice, so that we can find a replacement attorney. Ideally, we are seeking a relationship with an attorney who is interested in working with a firm that will handle all of the marketing and billing, while the attorney reliably handles the legal work and the client communication.
