Solo attorney seeking a paralegal who has an attention to detail, skilled in grammar, spelling, punctuation, proofreading, and can draft legal documents. I work primarily with transactional real estate, business, and construction. I also do some litigation. Computer skills needed include: MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
