We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented digital expert to own and execute our entire digital marketing strategy. This high-impact, salaried, exempt role is crucial for managing our online presence, driving conversions through sophisticated paid media, and translating the soul of our work into a bold and authentic voice that resonates with our collectors. The ideal candidate must be both a lyrical storyteller and rigorous tracker, ensuring every piece of content reinforces our vision to redefine contemporary Western art and decor.

// JOB DESCRIPTION //

The Digital Channels & Social Media Coordinator (or DCSMC) is a comprehensive marketing role that oversees the full spectrum of our online content and advertising efforts. This role is the primary driver of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) digital sales, requiring meticulous attention to detail, a creative eye, and exceptional organizational skills to manage complex campaigns across multiple platforms.

The DCSMC works closely with the Operations Manager, E-comm Coordinator, Creative Director, and COO, integrating content creation with targeted advertising and sales goals.

DIGITAL CHANNELS & PAID MEDIA COORDINATION

Brand First Execution: Ensure all content and paid campaigns strictly uphold brand standards and artistic ethos to support our primary goal of telling the brand story and avoiding short-term, desperation-driven tactics.

Social Media & Content Execution: Create and execute the content calendar, implementation, and oversight across all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).

Paid Media Management: Create, deploy, and manage all day-to-day paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, and Google Ads, focusing on meeting set traffic and conversion goals.

Email & SMS Execution: Execute SMS marketing campaigns and automations for subscribers via Klaviyo, ensuring messaging is deployed on schedule and aligns with sales, initiatives, and product launches.

Creative Adaptation: Oversee creative asset resizing and adaptation for each channel, coordinating directly with internal/external designers for graphics development, providing precise specifications and feedback.

REPORTING, TRACKING & DOCUMENTATION

Ad Spend Tracking: Rigorously document and track ad spend across all platforms, ensuring accurate data collection in relation to budget and sales progress.

Expense Oversight: Document and propose major campaign budget changes or shifts to the CFO, ensuring targets are tracked against final approved expenses.

Performance Documentation: Compile and deliver quarterly digital channels performance reports for ownership, focusing on documented results (not strategic analysis).

Sales Tracking Support: Contribute data and sales figures for online DTC sales initiatives, and report on online DTC sales progress against monthly and annual revenue targets.

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATION

Content Curation/Creation: Plan and execute a robust content schedule, including: Capturing and archiving Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) photos and videos for social media and website use.

Taking BTS videos as new art is developed and editing them into Reels for Instagram, as well as final edits for the website homepage.

Community Engagement: Engage with followers' comments and DMs on Facebook and Instagram, ensuring all communications align with our studio happenings, art launches, and high-touch customer standards.

Partnerships & Media: Serve as the liaison between the artist and ambassador-style partners (like onX Maps).

MARKETING SUPPORT & PROCESS

Project Management: Execute and coordinate social media related tasks for all marketing initiatives (online sales, product launches, etc.) utilizing Asana for all project task management and communication.

Event & Offline Support: Assist with pre-event promotion via digital channels and post-event content recap and follow-up.

Internal Coordination: Participate in all internal planning sessions and weekly department meetings to align content execution with strategic initiatives.

Technology Execution: Coordinate and execute tasks related to new marketing technology implementation (e.g., Optimonk).

// IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS //

We are seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in digital marketing and a passion for the arts. We encourage applications from those who feel their related experience or knowledge could be a good fit, even if not exactly as stated below.

4+ years of professional experience executing digital marketing content and paid media campaigns for a brand or business.

Demonstrated expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, and Google Ads for campaign deployment, monitoring, and precise tracking.

Proven experience with Klaviyo (or a similar high-level email/SMS platform) to execute scheduled campaigns and automations.

Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and video editing skills (for short-form content like Reels) with a refined aesthetic suitable for fine art.

Proficiency with Asana (or similar project management software) and strong ability to manage complex tasks and deadlines.

Meticulous organization skills.

// SCHEDULE //

This position is a full-time, salaried, exempt role requiring a minimum commitment of 40-45 hours per week. This position is in-person at our Englewood, CO studio. Sorry, no remote option. This role will be scheduled Monday through Friday with weekend availability as our collector base is most active on the weekends.

// COMPENSATION //

Starting annual salary is competitive and negotiable based on experience, falling within the range of $65,000 - $80,000. This position will participate in the company’s profit share program.
