Social Media Specialist
Job Summary
Stevinson Automotive is one of the premier auto dealership groups in Colorado. We are currently seeking someone to manage and monitor all our social channels for all our auto dealerships. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring Stevinson Auto social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales. A part of the marketing team, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager as well as the General Managers of our stores to implement social campaigns, develop fresh content, and measure results.
This is strategy-focused role needing a well-organized self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple social accounts in a B2C environment.
Job Responsibilities
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy, content and calendar.
Adhere to digital and social media marketing industry best practices
Define, track and measure the most important social media KPIs
Manage and oversee social media content and adhere to brand guidelines
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
Work with designer to ensure content is informative and appealing
Take photos of staff, edit photos for website
Take photos of dealerships as needed
Light video production
Monitor review sites to identify threats and opportunities
Edit and proof social media content
Write promotional material for use in digital campaigns
Requirements
Good understanding of social media strategy and KPIs
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good writing and editing skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Desire to learn and grow
Experience
1 – 3 years as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
B2C Experience preferred, but not necessary.
Photography and video experience is a plus
