We’re looking for super extroverted, money-motivated, and hustle-ready college students who want to work hard, have fun, and make serious cash. If you’ve ever done sales, waited tables at a nice restaurant, performed on stage, or just love talking nonstop, keep reading.
This is perfect for marketing students, theater majors, or literally anyone who loves to hear themselves talk.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Door knocking – Yep, this is the main gig. You’ll be out talking to homeowners and setting up painting projects.
Dropping flyers, putting up signs, and making moves – Basically, getting the word out about Walls by Design in the neighborhoods we cover.
Working in South Denver (Littleton, Parker, and beyond) – No long commutes, just hitting up local neighborhoods.

$50 a week for gas – Because we know gas isn’t free.

Training & mentoring every week – We’ll help you get better so you can make more money.
Fun competitions and team stuff – We’ll come up with cool ways to keep things interesting. If you guys want to do something fun, we’ll even pay for it.
Who You Need to Be:
Extroverted AF – Think Emma Chamberlain-level outgoing. If you hate talking to strangers, this is not your gig.
Sales experience preferred – You don’t need to be Jordan Belfort, but if you’ve ever sold anything, waited tables, performed in front of a crowd, or worked in customer service, you’ll probably crush this.
Money-motivated – If you don’t like making money, we don’t understand you.
Must have a car – Unless you can fly, which would be sick.
Important Dates:
Mandatory Spring Break Training: March 22-29 – You gotta be there. No exceptions.
Application Deadline: March 7 – Don’t wait till the last second.
Start Date: Spring Break, then all summer – Get ready to grind.
Dress Code:
Look presentable. Be comfortable. Don’t be a slob. We will give you some stuff though.
No need for suits, but don’t show up in pajamas either.
If you have a Walls by Design shirt, cool. If not, we’ll figure something out.

If you’re lazy, scared of talking to people, or think sales is beneath you, this is not for you. But if you want to make serious cash, work with cool people, and actually have fun this summer.
