We are a high volume florist in the heart of Jefferson Park seeking an experienced Floral Designer to join our team. Experience is absolutely required.
What you will do
Design fresh floral arrangements for daily orders, events, and corporate clients
Create balanced color stories and clean mechanics with speed and accuracy
Process flowers, maintain cooler organization, and keep the design area tidy
Collaborate with the team to meet same day deadlines and client requests
Provide excellent customer service and support front of house as needed
What we are looking for
Proven floral design experience in a professional shop setting
Strong knowledge of seasonal product, proper stem care, and design principles
Ability to follow recipes and also design confidently without a recipe
Comfortable lifting buckets and standing for extended periods
Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
