4 day work week - 3 day weekends every week!
Large format printing press operator and production assistant at a printing and sign company in Littleton, Colorado.
This is a full time position with a starting pay of $20-24/hour.

Your Job duties will include the following:
Large Format Digital Press Operation (flatbed printer, roll to roll, digital cutting, CNC, etc)
Production
Printing
Finishing
Driving for deliveries as needed
Install helper as needed (for our sign division, you could be a sign helper from time to time)
Applicants are REQUIRED to have the following:
At least 1 year experience working with large format digital printing presses
Good knowledge of Adobe software is a plus
Proficient with Mac and PC
Able to lift at least 75#, climb ladders and work on your feet for the majority of the day
Clean MVR and valid driver's license
Able to work from ladders
Experience installing large format printing and signs is a plus
Strong time management skills. You will need to be able to prioritize tasks and shift your focus as needed in a fast paced environment.
Critical thinking skills. You will need the ability to come up with creative solutions to unique client requests and concerns.
Attention to detail this is a MUST. The products we make have a huge impact on the success of other businesses. Something as small as a typo can be a really BIG deal. We have a strict QC process that all jobs go through.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to quickly learn new software applications
High School Diploma (some college is a plus)
Ability to pass a background check
Some flexibility in schedule This is a day shift position but seasonal/situational overtime may be available and/or required at times.
The IDEAL candidate will have some or all of the following:
An associates or bachelors degree
Experience as a manager or supervisor
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Experience working with high level clients
Graphic Design and/or Marketing experience
Knowledge of Caldera or Onyx rip software
Ability to identify opportunities to improve our process and professionally offer recommendations
