Confectionary Line Worker – Full-Time Opportunity Near I-25 & Evans!
Are you hardworking, physically fit, and ready to be a vital part of a dynamic team? We’re looking for a Confectionary Line Worker to join us in creating high-quality products. This full-time position offers competitive pay from $17 - $20 per hour, based on experience, and the chance to grow within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in making gummy products, including sugaring, weighing, and preparing batches with precision.
Efficiently handle drying trays and manage inventory, ensuring quality at every step.
Operate essential equipment, such as scales, pH meters, and other production tools.
Record keeping and basic data entry in Excel to ensure production metrics are accurate.
Communicate effectively with team members, including supporting third-in-command responsibilities and ensuring tasks are completed smoothly.
Essential Requirements:
Spanish-speaking skills are essential!
Clear communication with our team is a top priority.
A team player attitude—collaboration is key to our success!
Strong communication skills, both in giving and receiving directions.
Physical fitness and readiness to handle the demands of a busy production line.
Basic math skills for accurate measurements, and familiarity with Excel for simple data entry.
Prior experience in food or confectionary production is beneficial, though we are happy to train the right candidate!
